A cyclist has been left with life threatening injuries after a collision with a vehicle on a busy road into Cheltenham.
The man was struck by a red Mini in Shurdington Road shortly after 3pm.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to take the man to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol by ambulance.
His injuries were described by police as life-threatening.
Officers are trying to track down the man's family to inform them.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
The road between the A417 and Badgeworth Lane is due to be closed for several hours, causing delays for motorists.
Any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police can call 101 quoting incident 257 of December 4.
