British Transport Police are hoping Cheltenham residents will help them solve a Cheltenham Spa railway station bike theft.
Officers have release images of a man they want to talk to in connection with the theft from Thursday, November 1.
It is the first time the images have been released despite it being taken from the cycle sheds at the railway station more than a month ago.
The dark grey-coloured Marin mountain bike was left secured to the cycle racks at 7.45am, but was missing along with the lock when the owner returned at 5.15pm.
PC Julian Ribchester, the investigating officer, said: "We have carried out several lines of enquiry, including speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage and have since identified a man we would like to speak to as we believe he will have information which can assist the investigation.
"If you know the man, or his whereabouts, then please get in touch."
Anyone with information should contact British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 40 50 40 or the independent charity, Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
