HUCCLECOTE Harriers' under-9s have been getting to grips with their new kit.
The young football side secured community sponsorship for their first full season together as a squad.
Dee and Griffin Solicitors are providing sponsorship for the boys' home kit and also providing new snazzy away kit as chosen by the players themselves.
Simon McGill, the Harriers' coach, said: "This season was the first for the boys in any sort of competitive league. There has been a lot to put together on and off the field and to get new kit for all the squad, home and away, has made a massive difference to the way the boys feel about themselves, pull together as a squad and ultimately perform.
"The youngsters chose a rather fetching black and pink away kit to go with the traditional Hucclecote home yellow and blue colours but it seems to work particularly well." Harriers are currently fourth in the Mid Glos Under-9 North League.
