A man has been assaulted in Dursley and police are appealing for help.
The attack happened at around 9.40pm on Friday, December 7, on Kingshill Lane
The 54-year old-victim was making his way along Kingshill Lane when he says that a man spoke to him, before he was hit from behind by two men, causing facial injuries.
The attackers then walked off in the direction of Dursley.
One of the attackers is described as short and wearing dark clothing.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 490 of date.
