The wheels are in motion for Jamie McDonald's record breaking cycling attempt.
Jamie, 26, from Tredworth, set off from Bangkok to cycle 14,000 miles back to Tuffley in January and now he is back on the bike for a record attempt in aid of charity.
He is aiming to cycle for 264 hours, on his exercise bike based at Gloucester Docks, to make a new Guiness World Record, and he hopes to raise thousands of pounds for the Pied Piper Appeal in the process.
He said: "I am feeling really confident about it, I'm feeling good.
"It is for a great cause too."
