GLORY will be in the sights of a shooting instructor as he represents England at two international competitions.
Shaun Porter, who has spent two years as an instructor at Ian Coley Shooting School near Andoversford, will be donning the colours at the Home Internationals next Friday.
He will also head out to the World Championships next March. The school has trained the likes of Olympic gold medallist Peter Wilson.
Mr Porter said: "I couldn't say a bad word about working with Ian. He is a fantastic coach, a good businessman and very proud of his shooting.
"It's my first attempt to get into the England team, so it's great I'm representing my country.
"I set myself a three-year target, but I've managed to achieve it in 12 months, so I'm ahead of schedule.
"The big dream is the Olympics, of course."
