A county site manager is celebrating after winning a prestigious national housebuilding award.
Andy Taylor, site manager at Taylor Wimpey's Hawthorn Rise development in Cheltenham, beat off competition from more than 13,000 entries to be honoured with a National House Building Council Pride in the Job Quality Award.
Andy said: "This award recognises the hard work of the whole team at Hawthorn Rise who all take great pride in ensuring that the homes we build are completed to the highest possible standards."
Bettina Mahon, regional sales manager, added: "We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service and this has ensured that we continue to be an NHBC award-winning housebuilder year after year. Andy's Quality Award is thoroughly deserved and we'll all be supporting him as he progresses through to the regional heats and hopefully to the grand final in London."
