COMMUNITY leaders have urged Gloucester to stand united against a march called by English Defence League supporters.
The calls have been made in the wake of the death of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich last month and, although the organisation claims it is not racist nor violent, it is feared good community relations in Gloucester could be damaged.
An EDL march is planned for July 14 in Bristol and there have been calls on social networking sites for another in Gloucester.Full story on Gloucestercitizen.co.uk
