MICRO-brewers are up against a massive pub chain in their bid to open a new ale house at Gloucester Docks.
While JD Wetherspoon mulls over whether to add a third pub to its Gloucester portfolio and buy up the former Coots cafe, Gloucester Brewery is still holding out hope that it could step in if a deal falls through.
"We are very interested in it," said brewery boss Jared Brown.
