AFTER 15 years behind the checkout serving thousands of people a week, you would be forgiven for not greeting every customer with a beaming smile.
But Adrian Hannis gives 100 per cent to every single person who comes to his till in Wilkinson in Cheltenham town centre, despite having been there full time since 1998 and serving an average of 4,500 customers a week.
And the 40-year-old's sparkling customer service skills have now been recognised by thousands of people who have voted him the star of Cheltenham in an online poll.
When the Spotted: Cheltenham Facebook page asked users to vote for their number one Cheltenham Celebrity, around 2,000 people showed their support for Adrian by praising his friendly manner and dedication to the job.
