INVESTIGATIONS could not establish why a teenage driver failed to stop at a junction when he died in a crash.
"Gentle giant" Jake Gardner, of Guiting Power, died of multiple injuries following the smash on the B4077 near the Bourton-on-the-Hill crossroads on November 5, 2012.
