TWO teenagers have admitted a "degrading and humiliating" attack on a boy where they threw concrete dust in his eyes, made him strip and carried out a prolonged sexual assault in a Gloucester cellar.
The 16- and 17-year-olds exacted the attack in November last year. The 16-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to raping the victim while the 17-year-old admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
Judge Jamie Tabor QC described it as a cruel attack on the 17-year-old victim at Gloucester Crown Court yesterday. He said: "There is a background of bullying, the throwing of cement dust in the face, making him strip and the humiliating behaviour that took place. It was degrading and humiliating."Full story on Gloucestercitizen.co.uk
