BUSINESS was booming in Montpellier thanks to a bumper Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
Bars were packed and shops buzzing as thousands flocked to see acts such as the Noisettes and Dionne Warwick.
Traders near the gardens saw a boost to their cash flow throughout the week.
Tom Crownshaw, manager of The Kitchener, said: "It was been far busier than a normal weekend and bank holiday with lots of people about.
"It has been really good for us and trade and we are hoping it will be the same at the rest of the festival's this summer.
"Everyone has been in great spirits."
