TWO women were left needing hospital treatment following a road collision in Cheltenham yesterday.
A Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a Ford Fiesta in Hayden Lane, near the House in the Tree pub at around 7.40am.
The driver of the Ford was treated for leg injuries while the driver of the Vauxhall needed medical attention for facial injuries.
Neither of the injuries were said to be life-changing.
Police and fire fighters attended the scene and closed the road while fuel was cleared from the surface.
Donna James, who runs the House in the Tree pub, said: "We heard the noise of the crash although we didn't see it.
"The two vehicles were both total write-offs so it was obviously quite serious."
