AMBULANCE staff are being 'run ragged' by extra pressures placed on them by the new 111 service and unnecessary call-outs.
Paramedic Shane Clark, who represents the south west branch of Unison, said the number of call-outs may have peaked, but this weekend could see a return to the unprecedented Easter levels.
