NHS patients can now leave feedback online on care received in an ambulance.
South Western Ambulance Service (SWASFT) has signed up to a high-profile, online feedback service.
The Patient Opinion website is for NHS patients to comment on the treatment and care they received and to share their experiences.
The website, www.patientopinion.org.uk, encourages feedback from people who have dialled 999 for an emergency ambulance as well as from users of other services provided by SWASFT including the Patient Transport Service, the GP out-of-hours service and the 111 service.
