A CAR rolled onto its side in busy rush hour traffic between Cheltenham and Gloucester yesterday.
The Peugeot 206 overturned on the A40 at around 8.10am.
Two occupants of the vehicle were left shaken but without serious injuries in the incident, which took place on the Gloucester-bound dual-carriageway.
It caused minor delays as commuters were on their way into work.
However, police say the road remained open at all times.
A force spokesman said: "Thankfully no one was seriously injured in the incident.
"The vehicle was left on the side of the road which meant traffic was able to continue flowing on the road without serious delays."
