Elderly residents had to evacuate their flats in the early hours of Sunday morning following a blaze.
Firefighters were called to an electrical fire in Churchill Road on the Beeches Estate, Cirencester at 4.20am.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival, crews identified the fire to be within a small block of flats and had affected bins and the electrical box within the communal area of the flats.
"Two elderly residents had evacuated the property prior to the arrival of the service and crews assisted another resident who was led to safety.
"No one was injured as a result of the fire. The fire was contained to a small area and did not cause significant damage.
"Crews remained on scene for some time, awaiting arrival of the electricity board to deal with the damaged electricity supply."
A six-man crew from the Cirencester station were called to the blaze.
