A car fire saw an acre of undergrowth damaged at a Cheltenham quarry last night.
Firefighters were called to Aggs Hill Quarry in Aggs Hill just before 11pm on Saturday.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service said the crew were called after a member of the public saw the blaze in the distance.
He said the car was left severely damaged by the fire along with the undergrowth.
One fire engine attended from Cheltenham East Fire Station with a crew of five firefighters.
They were at the scene for around an hour.
