A BRIGHT yellow inflatable sofa is not something you can easily miss, especially when it is parked in the middle of Cheltenham's busy Promenade.
Organisers of the new Cheltenham Design Festival are hoping their sofa stunt got the festival noticed in the town.
They were inviting people to take a seat on the large inflatable before asking them "do you care about design?"
Cheltenham Design Festival began last year and the organisers are hoping to see an increase in visitor numbers this year.
It runs from April 11 to 14.
There will be a range of talks on design in the fields of digital technology and engineering, and in graphic design and architecture.
There will also be hands-on workshops from youngsters aged eight to 16.
