TORY MP Philip Davies, who failed to declare hospitality at Cheltenham Festival courtesy of a bookmaker, is still on a commons select committee responsible for gambling.
The member of the culture, media and sport select committee, was taken to the festival – a trip worth £870 – as a guest of the Ladbrokes in March 2011 but failed to declare it.
Derek Webb, of Fairer Gambling told the Guardian: "It is astonishing he is still on the select committee responsible for gambling."
