YOUNG and old alike are set to meet a Gloucester Rugby star next week.
Prop forward Dan Murphy is coming to meet the residents of Richmond Retirement Village, and will also be joined by some of the youth teams from Painswick Rugby Club – the club which gave Gloucester its famous cherry and white hoops.
They will learn about his life in rugby as he is interviewed, and gives a question and answer session over afternoon tea.
Essex-born Murphy, 27, has played for Gloucester since 2010.
