ROCKETS headed for the moon, or skywards at least, as city children revelled in National Science and Engineering Week fun.
The chance to make it to the moon in your imagination was on offer at the Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery.
Youngsters turned up to first make their paper space capsules and then to send them soaring from the bowling green behind the museum.
The national week run by the British Science Association aims to improve the image of science in the UK.
