DOG owners in Tewkesbury are being urged to use council bins to dispose of their pets' waste.
A spokeswoman for the town council said: "Every year, we allocate money for the installation of dog bins around the parish. Members are frequently asked for further bins, but in many instances, the bins that are in situ are not used."
She urged people to use the bins provided.
