It might not seem like it, but spring is around the corner – and in Kempley they are planning their annual daffodil weekend.
The event takes place on March 16 and 17.
Families are being encouraged to book the dates in their diaries.
They can enjoy organised walks through the country to see the impressive displays of daffodils on offer.
There is free parking at the village hall.
Free guided walks leave at 11am, 2pm and 2.30pm over varying distances to suit all ages and fitness abilities.
Visitors will need to come prepared with good walking shoes.
People with disabilities and senior citizens can enjoy a free trip in the Daff & Ride bus around the daffodil fields.
The bus will leave every 20 to30 minutes.
Visitors can also enjoy the sights of the village including St Edwards Church, built around 1903, or marvel at the ancient frescoes in St Mary's Church dating from the 12th Century.
Produce and plants will also be on offer on stalls.
