EMERGENCY services were called out to tackle a car on fire in Birdlip last night. (Friday)
A crew of five fire fighters from Stroud Fire Station were called out to deal with a car ablaze on the B4070 just after 7pm.
They remained on the scene for around 20 minutes, using breathing apparatus and hose reel to extinguish the flames.
No one was injured and there were no suspicious circumstances.
The vehicle, a Honda Civic, was severely damaged in the incident.
