Allegations that a Huntley man grew 196 cannabis plants and sold the illegal class B drug will be heard in Crown Court.
Nicholas Lowe, 52, of Blaisdon Lane, is accused of having 439 grams of cannabis with intent to supply, drawing £1,598.25-worth of electricity without authority, and producing 439 grams of cannabis leaf and 196 cannabis plants, in the village.
He appeared before Stroud Magistrates' Court on Monday, where the case was sent up to Gloucester Crown Court for a hearing on January 4.
