Gloucester folk will be waking up to a damp and miserable Saturday with more snow possible on higher ground.
The Met Office says there could be sunny spells this afternoon, with showers also likely.
The weather will remain mostly cloudy with maximum highs of six Degrees Celsius, but there will be a bitterly cold wind in places.
Snow and sleet could fall on higher ground tonight as temperatures start to plummet.
Sunday will be brighter, especially in the afternoon, but the mercury could drop to -2 overnight.
The five-day forecast expects it to remain chilly and cloudy into the start of the week.
