Aled Thomas returns to the Gloucester starting line-up to lead a young side in their must-win LV=Cup clash with the Ospreys.
The Cherry and Whites have to win both of their remaining games in the pool stages of the Anglo-Welsh competition to have any chance of reaching the semi-final stage.
And they have selected a strong squad with a sprinkling of young talent for the Kingsholm encounter.
Thomas captains the team from full-back, with Billy Burns remaining at fly-half, and is joined in the back-three by Steph Reynolds and 18-year-old Ollie Thorley.
The pack features more first team experience from the likes of Darren Dawidiuk, Dan Murphy and Sila Puafisi in the front row and Elliott Stooke at lock, while there is a welcome return for Jacob Rowan in the back row.
