Cloud and rain will move across the region, then clear through the first half of the morning. It will then be dry with sunny spells and a maximum temperature of 10C.
Tonight it will become cloudier, but some places continuing to see some clear spells leading to a chilly night with a local frost possible and a minimum temperature of 1C.
Wednesday will see bright spells towards the east in the morning. Becoming cloudy and breezier across all parts in the afternoon, with occasional outbreaks of light rain or drizzle, mainly in the west.
A band of rain will push southeast during Wednesday introducing increasingly cold conditions through Thursday and Friday with some wintry showers, these likely giving snow at times. Forecasters say it will be very windy.
