After a sensational Saturday of FA Cup upsets - including arguably the greatest ever at Stamford Bridge - League One side Rochdale are aiming to create more headlines against Stoke City on Monday evening.
Unfortunately it has not been a smooth build-up to the tie for the underdogs, with snow on the Spotland pitch and their manager Keith Hill - once of Cheltenham Town - suffering from a virus.
By contrast Stoke spent last week at a warm-weather training camp in Dubai, although such preparations hardly did Manchester City any favours against Middlesbrough.
It would be fitting if the Potters became the latest big boys to tumble out of the competition but it looks like an extremely tall order.
