A "highly vulnerable" man was tied up and held prisoner by a man and woman who left him helpless in his house while they went "out and about", a court heard.
At Gloucester Crown Court on Friday, Hayley Kubiak, 19, of Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, pleaded guilty to falsely imprisoning Richard Henson and holding him against his will on August 2 2013.
At an earlier hearing she had already admitted theft from Mr Henson and her co-defendant, Toby Barwick, 21, of Badger Walk, Bristol, had admitted both charges.
Kubiak was arrested on suspicion of the offence, which happened in Gloucester, in Kingsholm.
Prosecutor Julian Kesner told the court: "The victim is someone who is highly vulnerable – he is challenged and very vulnerable."
Judge Jamie Tabor QC added: "He was tied up and left in his house while they went out and about."
Mr Kesner said: "In her basis of plea Miss Kubiak points the finger at her co-defendant but the Crown case is very simply that it is a joint enterprise and that they share equal responsibility."
The judge said: "This is a serious case. She is a young girl always getting into trouble."
He ordered a pre-sentence report and said he would pass sentence on bioth defendants on February 23.
Remandng Kubiak in custody to Eastwood Park prison the judge told her: "In my judgement the evidence against you is overwhelming and you have done the right thing by pleading guilty. This is a very serious case."
