Police are appealign for information after a man was assaulted in Stonehouse.
The incident happened between 6.45pm and 7.15pm on Friday November 30 at a bus stop on Stonehouse High Street.
The 28 year old man was standing at a bus stop near to the doctors' surgery when he was approached by a man who assaulted him, causing minor injuries to his face. The offender then walked away in the direction of the railway bridge.
The offender is described as being white, in his mid thirties and around 6ft tall. He had short, brown hair and was described as having 'bad teeth'. He was wearing a grey, crew neck sweatshirt and stonewash jeans.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 482 of November 30.
