Firefighters battled with flames at a Prestbury home last night.
Crews were called to The Courtyard in Southam Road shortly before 5.30pm.
Initially two crews were sent, but asked for further help and a third crew was dispatched.
The fire tore through the ground floor of the home.
It took fire crews around two hours to douse the flames.
