A TEENAGER has been charged in connection with a serious assault which left a 21-year-old man critically ill in hospital.
Thomas James Barry, 18, of Evenlode Road in Moreton in Marsh was charged last night with causing grievous bodily harm – wounding with intent following an incident outside Moo Moo's nightclub in Regent Street, Cheltenham at 2.30am on Tuesday November 13.
He has been bailed with conditions to appear before magistrates on December 20.
A 21-year-old man from Warwickshire who suffered serious head injuries during the incident remains in a critical condition in Frenchay Hospital in Bristol.
