JUDGES have been inspecting nature areas, wildlife ponds and gardens of schools across Cheltenham.
As part of Cheltenham in Bloom (CIB), children showed off their outdoor learning areas.
Judges included Dave Richards from Cheltenham Horticultural Society, Alderman Dave Banyard who is a CIB committee member, and community ranger Wayne Sedgwick from Cheltenham Borough Council.
The winning school will be given £100 in July with cash prizes for the runners up and an award for the garden scheme with the most potential. Naunton Park, St Edwards Junior, Charlton Kings Infants, St Marks, St Thomas More, Holy Trinity and Dunalley Primary School all took part.
