A DISAPPOINTED judge told young businessman Jordan Swankie that he had no option but to send him to jail.
Judge Jamie Tabor, sitting at Gloucester Crown Court, had before him Swankie, 24, from Tuffley, who admitted breaking a fellow reveller's jaw by punching him in a nightclub.
"Nothing disappoints me more because I know that this young man actually has some good in him," Judge Tabor said.
