CONCERNS have been raised about the condition of horses who were rescued from floods in Gloucester at their new home in Wales.
Up to 70 horses were caught up in floodwater in the meadow between St Oswald's and the east channel of the River Severn last year.
They were rescued by the RSPCA but some six foals are thought to have died.
