Tania Walters Estate Agents has opened a second office in Gloucestershire thanks to high demand.
The county agency now has a branch in Upton St Leonards due to a strong sales performance in the area.
Two sales have been completed since the office opened earlier this month.
Sales negotiator Nicola Bishop has been recruited to work in the branch.
Owner Tania Walters said: "We've settled in. We've had a lot of recommendations and are looking forward to a great summer. The office in Upton St Leonards is so unique and people like an independent agency."
Tania's agency already covers the village and she has lived there for 20 years.
The move there marks 12 months in business for the agency.
Its Quedgeley office has performed well with increased sales and instructions over the past year. This has included in areas such as Abbeymead, Abbeydale and Frampton-on-Severn.
The new branch is located next to the post office on Churchfield Road. Tania now splits her time between the two offices.
