A £15million flagship BMW Mini dealership could be built next to the A40 on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
The proposed four storey glass building would be the first thing visitors to the town see coming from the M5 or Gloucester.
If given the go ahead it would see the closure of the existing Cotswold BMW Mini site in the Kingsditch Trading Estate in Tewkesbury Road with all employees moving across to the new operation as well as the creation of 100 new jobs – 250 positions in total.
The landmark facility, which would also sell motorcycles, would be built on land just off Grovefield Way, next to the existing park and ride and B&Q roundabout.
