FESTIVE fun will be flowing through Cheltenham town centre when an annual market kicks off the Christmas shopping season.
More than 40 stalls will line the Promenade for the Christmas market, which runs seven days a week from November 16 to December 2.
Among the items on sale in the market's familiar wooden chalets will be seasonal food, jewellery, candles, knitwear and handmade children's toys.
Cheltenham business partnership manager Martin Quantock said: "The market brings in many visitors from far and wide and the local town centre businesses will benefit from the higher footfall.
"I hope everyone will enjoy the special festive atmosphere that the market brings to the town."
The market is organised by Cheltenham Borough Council, in partnership with Geraud Markets and Cheltenham Business Partnership.
