Police in Gloucester have released an e-fit image of a man they want to talk to in connection with a robbery in which a woman's mobile phone was taken.
The incident happened at the junction between Oxford Terrace and London Road between 2.40pm and 2.45pm on Sunday, October 21.
A man approached a woman who was sending a text message and tried to take her phone from her.
A short struggle ensued before a passing motorist got out of his car and wrestled the phone from the offender, who then ran off.
Earlier this month, officers appealed to trace the passing motorist who helped retrieve the phone.
The man has now come forward and is helping police with their investigation.
An e-fit image of the robber has also been completed in conjunction with the victim.
He is described as white, around 20-25 years old, 5ft 7ins tall, with short brown hair and wearing a dark hooded top and dark jeans.
