THE click-clack of needles can be heard every week at St George's Church in Brockworth.
Woollen wonders have been created for two years by ladies at the Needles and Natter group.
The items are often sent off to charities here and abroad.
Linda Harris, Jan Bowkett, Sheila Watts, Liz Curtis and Joy Curzon are among the 'regulars'. Sheila, 92, has been knitting since she was five and said: "It's coming back in fashion.
"We get some young mums along now and have toys for the children to lay with.
"It's really lovely as we have a cuppa and a natter and it's so relaxing."
