A major search is underway for a 58-year-old Tewkesbury man who has gone missing.
Terry Nield was last seen leaving the Haw Bridge pub in Tirley and sailing away on his boat on the River Severn at 4pm on Saturday.
The boat was found near his home address in Lower Lode on yesterday but Terry was not with it and has not been seen since.
Four Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service boats and two bank-side search crews have been involved in the search.Police inspector Steve Norris said: "Terry's dog was at his home and his vehicle was found locked and secured.
"We're most concerned for him and have commited resources including the Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue boat, the police helicopter, police dog and up to 20 officers on the ground to look for him.
"If you've seen him or have any information, please call us straight away on 101, quoting incident 376 of April 7."
