HELP Josh Coldray achieve his dream of aiding the needy in Ethiopia.
The Hucclecote resident has been selected to travel there in May with Volunteers Overcoming Poverty (VOP).
The personal trainer will be working in hospitals, schools, orphanages to improve people's lives.
The programme is government funded but he needs to raise a minimum of £800 to take part.
Josh,23, said: "Although I know it will be extremely difficult at times I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
"Being able to help those who have not been dealt the fortunate lives that you and I have should be especially rewarding."
Foloow his journey and donate at www.justgiving.com/Josh-Coldray or text COLD52 and the amount to 70070.
