TWO teenagers have been charged over an attack in a cellar on a boy who allegedly had concrete poured in his eyes.
The 16-year-old and 17-year-old, from Gloucester, are due to appear before youth magistrates in Cheltenham tomorrow, after being formally charged today.
It is alleged the teenage victim was sexually assaulted with a length of wood, beaten and forced to perform a sex act, before concrete was poured in his eyes in Salisbury Road, Barton, Gloucester on November 7 last year.
The 17-year-old faces six charges. Three allege a sexual attack, plus common assault, assault by beating and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The 16-year-old is accused of rape, two more charges alleging a sexual attack, assault by beating and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The accused cannot be named for legal reasons.
