Cheltenham charity Winston's Wish holding golf day

BEREAVEMENT charity Winston's Wish is hoping golfers will drive up donations with a fundraising event.
The Cheltenham-based charity for grieving children is holding its annual golf event on May 9.
It takes place at Brickhampton Court Golf Complex in Churchdown, and costs £200 for a team of four.
A spokesman for the charity said: "This wonderful event has been running since 2002 and would not be possible without the continued support of Brickhampton Court Golf Complex and Creed Foodservice, who are donating all meals, green fees and the use of the whole complex.
"This generosity means that all of the money raised can be put towards the vital work of Winston's Wish.
"The day itself will comprise of a challenging round of golf with prizes and a superb buffet-style lunch.
"Competitions on the day will include Nearest the Pin and the Longest Drive."
Tee-off is between 11am and 1pm.
