A GROUP aiming to help households retain heat in the freezing weather are inviting people to join them in the second part of their campaign.
Transition Cleeve, which launched their Big Energy Leak project early last year, will be holding an event on April 26 at the Tithe Barn to help people keep the heat in.
The event, called the Big Energy Leak Two, will start at 7.30pm, with Mark Letcher, director of Climate Works, speaking on what families can during the energy crisis.
He will be followed by Chris Holmes, domestic energy assessor, who will be talking about keeping green.
Jerry Barr, co-chairman of Transition Cleeve, said: "The relevance of the programme has become yet more apparent in recent months as warnings of an impending energy crisis and inevitable price rises have emerged through OFGEM."
The event is free, but donations are welcome. Contact Jerry at 01242 244 785.
