A driver is being sought by police after passersby saw him performing a lewd act in his car.
Gloucestershire Police are appealing for information on the driver of a blue VW Polo caught in the act at traffic lights on the Bath Road in Cheltenham.
Two men in their early 20s were walking past in the early hours of Tuesday morning when they noticed the car's interior light on.
A spokesman for the constabulary said: "The man acknowledged the pedestrians and then drove off, before driving round the block and returning, when the witnesses saw him again."
The driver was described as white, aged in his 30s or older and of stocky build. He either had thinning hair, or was bald with some hair at the sides.
Anyone with any information, or who may have spotted a similar thing in the area, can contact police on 101 and quoting incident number 21 of March 26.
