A SOCIAL club for pensioners will continue to run during the Easter holiday.
Meetings of The Wednesday Club will take place as normal this coming week.
Members of the social group for people aged 65 and over meet every Wednesday at 2pm.
They gather at Albion House Social Club in North Street in Cheltenham town centre to have a drink, a bite to eat, a chat and a laugh.
Around 30 people have been attending the club since it was first launched in November.
A room is set aside at Albion House for the club, which is first on the right when entering through the front door.
Member, Gordon Blakeway, said he has been having a "great time" at the meetings.
"It's a good way to meet more people and make new friends," he said.
"I'd say to anyone that's on the fence about coming, they should just go for it.
"You have to make your own fun in this life so clubs like this are a positive thing."
